Q   How quickly can I receive funding?
   INTERFACE usually can complete an initial funding within 2-3 days.  Subsequent fundings take only 24 hours.

Q   Can I be selective in the invoices I sell?
A    Yes - INTERFACE encourages our clients to use the service to manage their cash flow.  INTERFACE does not expect to buy 100% of your receivables. Typically we purchase 50-65% of the total current outstanding accounts.

Q    Can I sell you just one invoice?
  Yes - INTERFACE has no minimum sales volume requirements - you use the service only as you need it.  SImilarly, there are no maximum limits either.

Q   How much will it cost?
A
   A very important question, but a difficult one to answer without knowing all the facts.  We charge you only for the amount of money you need for the amount of time you need it.  There are no other charges/fees.  That said, each client's circumstances will vary and will have an impact on the cost.  Once our brief, one-page application is complete and submitted, we will be able to provide a definite costing for you.  See How It Works  Even more important, can you afford not to take advantage of opportunities that arise because of lack of financing?

  How quickly do you respond to an inquiry?
   The entire INTERFACE business is predicated on a high degree of SERVICE, and so we will respond to all inquiries and referrals on an immediate basis.

  Are you "industry sensitive" and, especially, will you handle construction and construction-related clients?
A  
  INTERFACE services manufacturers and companies in the service industries.  We have a specific expertise in the construction industry.  See  IFG Construction Expertise.  Or the detailed IFG Funding Process.  Typically, we do not purchase medical receivables where our client is waiting for payment from an insurance company.

Q   Does THE INTERFACE FINANCIAL GROUP work with Financial Brokers and pay a commission for referrals?
  Yes we do.  Please look at our Broker Page.

Q   When are commissions paid?

We adopt the standard industry approach and make commission payments directly after the receivable is paid to us.  We pay commission on every transaction for as long as your referral does business with us.  Soon we will have a login for Brokers to check on what their referrals have outstanding on our books.
